C | 北京市科委、中关村管委会副主任张金辉表示，北京市科委、中关村管委会坚持以赛为媒、以赛聚才、以赛促产，致力于搭建技术对接资本、链接产业、拓展市场的桥梁，推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合发展。经过多年积淀，前沿大赛已成长为覆盖项目发现、企业培育、产业对接的全链条科创服务平台。站在新起点，面对“十五五”规划提出的推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合的更高要求，前沿大赛更需要从“选得准”向“育得好、落得下”延伸。 本届前沿大赛设置领域赛、起点赛、专题赛三大赛事板块。其中，领域赛聚焦成长期企业，覆盖人工智能、集成电路、创新药、合成生物、机器人与智能制造、商业航天等12个方向，采用市区协同办赛机制。10月底完成项目征集，11月至明年2月开展领域初赛和复赛，3月举办半决赛、总决赛。 起点赛聚焦早期项目团队及初创企业，挖掘具备转化潜力的源头成果。
D | 自9月起，定期组织线下函评与路演展示，每月评选约5个明星项目对外发布，并择优推荐晋级领域赛半决赛。每年举办两期加速营，首期将于今年12月至明年2月举办，遴选30至40个项目入营，提供针对性培训辅导。 专题赛聚焦龙头企业真实场景需求，面向各类创新主体征集技术解决方案。
